We don’t offer rooms individually.

We are a private beach house for exclusive rental. Guests who book with us will automatically have the entire place for exclusive use – including private pool and beachfront – and no other guests will be allowed to enter anymore.

We require 50% down payment to confirm your reservation. Without the 50% down payment, we can’t guarantee your booking dates.

■ Balance for full payment is due 1 week before your check-in date.

Check-in time is 2:00pm. Check-out time is 12:00noon the next day.

Please note we are a private beach house and there is no lobby, reception or waiting area.

🍲 Yes, we are a self-service villa where you will prepare your own meals and wash your own dishes. No corkage fees will be charged for food and drinks from outside.

🍴 Utensils, plates and cookware are available in the kitchen for you to use during your stay.

💧 Drinking mineral water is provided in our dispenser. Our caretakers will provide the refill for drinking water.

🥘 You also have an option to upgrade to full-board or half-board, where you will pre-order meals in food trays. Kindly let us know in advance if you wish to include meals.

Badian is located 110 km from the Mactan Cebu International Airport. The villa is a 3-hour drive from the airport.

We will gladly arrange transportation for our guests, at a minimal fee.
